淡路島の冬を代表する極上の味覚、「淡路島3年とらふぐ」を存分に味わう、期間限定の宿泊プランです。
一般的なとらふぐは約2年で出荷されますが、淡路島3年とらふぐは、鳴門海峡の速い潮流にもまれながら約3年間かけて育成されます。
長期間育てることで、身はより厚く引き締まり、噛むほどに広がる濃厚な旨味と上品な甘みが生まれます。
養殖でありながら天然ものにも引けを取らない品質は、全国の料理人からも高い評価を受けています。

■Large Public Bath: Senshin no Yu■
[Hours of Use] Same day 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Next day 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM "Senshin no Yu" boasts magnificent views of Awaji Island's west coast. Both the indoor and outdoor baths are natural hot springs with water flowing directly from the source. Surrounded by steam, this soft-feeling water offers a moment for your mind to gently unwind. The space, which changes its appearance with the sunset, the night sky's moon, and the passage of time and seasons, quietly heals the fatigue of daily life.
