Handling of Personal Information
Pasona HR HUB Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Pasona HR HUB") handles personal information obtained from customers as described below and shares the information with Pasona Group in order to provide better services to our customers. For details, please refer to the "Handling and Sharing of Personal Information" below and apply for the service upon your consent.
Handling and Sharing of Personal Information

2. Purpose of use of personal information
Personal information collected will be used for the following purposes. Personal information obtained from contractors in the course of outsourced operations will be used for the performance of the outsourced operations and similar operations.

- Development of new products and services offered by the Company, Pasona Group Inc. and Pasona Group companies; analysis of usage trends and needs with the aim of improving future services; and proposals for services, etc. based on analysis results.

4. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
We will not provide acquired personal information under our control (hereinafter referred to as "personal data") to any third party without the consent of the person concerned, except in the following cases
When the necessary information has been clearly indicated or notified to the person in advance and consent has been obtained
When disclosure or provision is permitted by law
When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question
When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question
When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.
(iii) Where said third party is an academic research institution, etc., and it is necessary for said third party to handle said personal data for academic research purposes (including cases where part of the purpose of handling said personal data is for academic research purposes, but excluding cases where there is a risk of unreasonable infringement on the rights and interests of individuals).
5. Outsourcing of Personal Data
We may outsource part or all of our personal data handling operations to contractors that meet the standards of our personal data protection system within the scope of the purposes of use.
In the event that we outsource all or part of the handling of personal data, we will enter into a contract with the outsourced party and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that the personal data is securely managed by the outsourced party.
6. Use of statistically processed data
We may create non-personally identifiable statistical data based on personal data. We may use non-personally identifiable statistical data without any restrictions.
7. Voluntary nature of personal information provision
The provision of personal information is voluntary and is not mandatory in any way. However, please understand that if you do not provide your personal information, you will not be able to use the services described in the purpose of use.
8. Acquisition of personally identifiable information in a manner that is not easily recognizable by the individual
We may use information such as cookies and browsing history (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") to enhance the information and services provided on our website and to make it more convenient to use. We will obtain your prior consent if we obtain Personal Information from a data management platform operated by a third party, link it to your Personal Data, and use it within the scope of the Purpose of Use.
9. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Retained Personal Data
The procedures for requesting the disclosure, etc. (notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, deletion, and suspension of provision to third parties) of retained personal data and records provided to third parties in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") are as follows.
